Ollanius Persson — known to his friends simply as Oll — is perhaps the most remarkable Perpetual in human history, and certainly the most consequential. Born in ancient Anatolia on Old Earth thousands of years before the rise of the Empire, Oll lived through the entirety of human civilization — its triumphs and its catastrophes, its golden ages and its darkest hours — before ultimately playing a role in the most important event in human history: the confrontation between the Emperor of Mankind and the traitorous Warmaster Horus Lupercal aboard the Vengeful Spirit during the Siege of Terra.
