Charter of the Holy Orders of the Emperor's Inquisition

The Charter of the Inquisition was established by Malcador the Sigillite at the Emperor's command during the final days of the Horus Heresy. It grants Inquisitors virtually unlimited authority to investigate and combat threats to humanity, including heresy, daemonic incursion, and alien infiltration.

The Charter is divided into three major Ordos: Hereticus (internal threats), Malleus (daemonic threats), and Xenos (alien threats), though numerous minor Ordos have been established over the millennia.
